1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RoaDo's enterprise freight operating system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
RoaDo provides an enterprise-grade freight operating system that includes real-time visibility, smart booking, route optimization, predictive analytics, and integrated financial services for logistics and supply chain management.
3. User Accounts
To access our Service, you must:
- Register for an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Enterprise Subscriptions
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA) that may include additional terms specific to your organization's requirements, including custom SLAs, data processing agreements, and pricing structures.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by RoaDo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data uploaded to the platform.
7. Data Usage
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers may have additional data processing agreements.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our enterprise customers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance as needed. Enterprise SLAs provide specific availability guarantees and remedies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoaDo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Enterprise customers have termination provisions as specified in their service agreements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
